Patio Options
- Paver patios — the widest range of colors, shapes and patterns, with flexible joints that handle freeze-thaw.
- Bluestone and natural stone patios — a classic North Jersey look, in irregular flagstone or cut patterns.
- Brick patios — traditional style that matches older homes.
- Concrete patios — broom, exposed aggregate or stamped finishes for a lower-cost option.
- Raised patios — built up with segmental block walls and steps where the yard slopes or the door sits high.
Add-Ons
- Seat walls and built-in steps
- Borders, banding and inlays
- Low-voltage lighting coordination
- Drainage, including channel drains and dry wells where needed
Our Patio Process
- Design consult. We measure the space and talk about how you'll use it, then suggest size, shape and materials.
- Written estimate. Includes materials, base depth, drainage and any steps or walls.
- Excavation and base. We dig out, compact the subgrade, and install a compacted stone base in layers.
- Installation. Pavers or stone are laid in your pattern, cut cleanly at borders, and set with edge restraint or mortar as the material requires.
- Finish and cleanup. Joints are sanded or pointed, the surface is cleaned, and debris is removed.
